Emmanuel Akalawu

Emmanuel Akalawu holds a Bachelor in Engineering (B.Eng) in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO). He is a certified safety professional with Credit in NEBOSH IGC and NEBOSH Oil and Gas Certifications, He is also a certified HSE 1, 2, & 3 professional. He is a Member of Institute of Safety Professionals (MISPON).
He is also a member of the Nigerian Environmental Society (MNES).

He is the Chairman National Industrial Safety Council of Nigeria (NICEN), Calabar branch. He is a Lead Auditor in ISO 45001: 2018 OSHMS. A certified environmental consultant. He has attended various programs, seminars, courses, and workshops on occupational health and safety.
